If past years and this year's job-market wiki are any indication, hiring committees are just now beginning to schedule on-campus interviews. Because on-campus interviews are among the most stressful, difficult, and critical parts of the entire application process–typically filled with two days interviewing with deans, provosts, other faculty, attending dinners, meeting students, doing job-talks and teaching demos, and so on–I thought it might be a good idea to open up an on-campus interview thread where (A) people can share last minute pieces of advice with job-candidates, and (B) job-candidates can ask the community any last-minute questions they have on do's, don'ts, etc.

So, then, anyone have any advice for job-candidates they think might be helpful? And, job candidates, do you have any questions for the community? (A quick final note: I did a post on campus visits a while back in our Job-Market Boot Camp)
