Dear friends,
I will be leaving tomorrow for a three week vacation to Europe to celebrate my fifth wedding anniversary. It will be my first serious vacation in as long as I can remember, so I will be stepping away from the Cocoon for a bit. Helen De Cruz will be serving as head moderator in my absence (thanks so much Helen!). Helen and I will also be relaunching our Job-Market Mentoring Program when I return at the end of May. We encourage readers to visit the program website, and welcome feedback and suggestions (which you can email to hde-cruz@brookes.ac.uk and marvan@ut.edu).
