Some good and respectable journals that I can think of that publish reply papers are Analysis, Thought, and Philosophia. What other journals might be interested in publishing short reply papers to recent publications, especially in the areas of epistemology? Episteme?
Good questions! The best resource I know of here for most things journal-related is this crowdsourced spreadsheet. As you can see, it lists all kinds of details for different journals, including word counts for full-length articles as well as for those journals that accept discussion notes/replies. In terms of epistemology, a few journals seem like plausible candidates, including Logos & Episteme and Erkenntnis. However, if you visit the 'epistemology' page via the tab at the bottom, you'll see that no journals are listed there. I'd encourage this blog's readers to add and update the spreadsheet to help it become an even better resource!
Anyway, in addition to updating it, please do feel free to note in the comments section below which journals accept replies, including but not limited to epistemology.
