In our newest "how can we help you?" thread, a reader asks:

I'm mid-career (tenured ~2021), and I've enjoyed doing some mentoring of grad students and early career folks. But I'm running into issues for which I could use a mentor of my own! Some of these issues involve dept politics, others are about how to navigate commitments and opportunities, balance teaching and research… Are there any resources for mentoring for mid-career women?

Do any readers have any helpful resources to share?

What about trying to recruit some folks to be part of a peer mentoring group? Sometimes talking through the kinds of issues the OP raises with others on similar tracks/career stages can be useful in terms of learning from their experiences and having a sounding board familiar with the general context and norms of your academic position.
