In our new “how can we help you?” thread, a reader asks:

I’ll be moving to the US later this year. Could I ask which regular US-based conferences or workshops you would recommend keeping an eye on?

Any tips from readers?

What area do you work in?

For philosophy of science, the PSA is the most important conference. It is biennial. Depending on your interests, there is also the HOPOS conference and the SPSP conference (which moves between Europe and North America).

This is going to vary WILDLY by field, minus the APA. For example, if you work in applied ethics you should look into the PPE conference. If you work in logic, you shouldn’t bother.
